These are some guidelines for this round. Please follow them

- You can sign up for all categories as long as they fit with your sitetype and subject. So if you have a Britney Spears fansite, you cannot sign up for best Aly & Aj website.
- Please put one of our codes at a visible place on your site.
- You can advertise and vote for yourself, but only once.
- Voting goes with an IP address. You can vote once per IP address.
- Voting starts when we have enough nominees. We will email you when voting starts
- You can only nominate sites that belong to you.
- You can sign up with as many sites as you like.
